Locale di tradizione e gusto situato nella piazza principale del centro storico di Putignano, Piazza Plebiscito. Il nome deriva dal latino Mirum che letteralmente significa “meraviglioso”, mentre nel dialetto putignanese può sembrare “vino”.
Infatti la ricerca incessante del proprietario si fonda sopratutto sulle cantine, esclusivamente pugliesi che offrono numerosi vini presenti sul territorio. Importante è appunto la valorizzazione dei prodotti a km zero, implementata pure dalle frequenti degustazioni che il locale organizza in particolare nei mesi invernali, con la presenza di un sommelier che suggerisce abbinamenti a cibi rigorosamente fatti in casa.
